What is BrandTrack?

BrandTrack is a lightweight CRM built for content creators who manage their own brand deals. It tracks every deal from pitch to payment in one place: deliverables with due dates, payment status with overdue alerts, usage rights expiry reminders, and a revenue dashboard so you always know where your money stands. It replaces the spreadsheet-plus-notes-app-plus-email workflow that most creators use today.

Who is BrandTrack for?

BrandTrack is for individual creators with roughly 5,000 to 200,000 followers who do their own sponsorship deals. You charge between $250 and $2,000 per deal, you sign two to ten new deals a month, and you do not have a manager or finance team handling the logistics. If you have ever lost a deal because you forgot a deadline or lost money because you forgot to follow up on an invoice, BrandTrack is for you.

How much does it cost?

BrandTrack costs $12 per month billed monthly, or $84 per year billed annually (that works out to $7 per month). Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Can I try it for free?

What platforms do you support?

You can track deals for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and a catch-all 'other' category. BrandTrack does not connect to any platform API or scrape any data. You enter your deal details manually, which means it works for any platform and any type of sponsored content.

Can I import my existing deals?

Not yet via a bulk import tool, but adding a deal takes about 60 seconds. During onboarding you can optionally create a demo deal to see how everything works. We plan to add CSV import in a future update.

Do you offer team or agency pricing?

No. BrandTrack is built for individual creators. There are no team seats, shared workspaces, or agency dashboards. If you need multi-user access with roles and approvals, BrandTrack is not the right tool. We do not plan to add these features.

Can I export my data?

Yes. The settings page has an export feature that downloads all your deals, deliverables, and payments as CSV files in a ZIP archive. You can also delete your account at any time, and all your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Every database table uses Postgres row-level security so your data is isolated from other users at the database level. All connections are encrypted. File uploads use private buckets with time-limited signed URLs. All inputs are validated server-side. Rate limiting prevents abuse. See our Security page for the full list of controls.

How do email notifications work?

BrandTrack sends a daily digest email at 8 AM in your local timezone (configurable). The digest includes deliverables due in the next seven days, overdue payments, and usage rights expiring in the next 30 days. You can toggle each notification type on or off in settings. We never send marketing emails, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
